On July 12, H. E. Héctor Alejandro Palma Cerna, the Honduran Ambassador to Japan, visited Kanazawa University and delivered a special lecture hosted by KU Center for Cultural Resource Studies titled “Honduras: Future of Honduras-Japan Relationship and UNESCO Projects.” A very lively question and answer session followed.
Prior to the lecture, the Ambassador paid a courtesy visit to President Koetsu Yamazaki, and there were positive discussions about the current situation surrounding economy, higher education and other topics in Honduras and the exchanges with Japan.
