留意事項／Points to note

1. 9：50までに着席してください。開式後は式典会場へは入場できません。
   Please be seated by 9:50. No entry to the venue will be allowed after the ceremony has begun.
2. 服装：スーツ，袴 等で出席してください。
   Attire: Please attend in a suit, hakama, etc.
3. 出席管理端末で出席者を把握するため，学生証を持参してください。
   Please bring your student ID in order for us to track attendees on the attendance management terminal.
4. 本式典後に行う学位記伝達式等は，所属の学域?研究科担当係の指示に従ってください。
   For the degree commencement ceremony, etc. that will be held after the ceremony, please follow the instructions of the person in charge of your academic/graduate school.
5. 会場周辺道路が混雑しますので，時間に余裕を持って来場してください。
   The roads surrounding the venue will be congested, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
6. 金沢歌劇座の駐車場は利用できません。自家用車での来場はご遠慮ください。
   The Kanazawa kagekiza Theatre parking lot is not available. Please refrain from arriving by private car.
7. 公共交通機関又は貸切バスを利用してください。
   Please use public transportation or a chartered bus.
8. 近隣施設への駐車，路上駐車は絶対にしないでください。
   Please do not park at nearby facilities or on the street.

• 当日は，卒業者?修了者以外は，式典会場へ入場できません。
  Only those who have graduated or completed their studies will be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the ceremony.
• 式典の様子は，ライブ配信会場で御覧いただくか，ライブ配信ボタンから御視聴ください。
  The ceremony can be viewed at the live streaming venue or by clicking the live streaming button.
• ライブ配信会場は，席数に限りがあります。ご了承ください。

貸切バス/Chartered bus

• 令和5年度 金沢大学学位記?修了証書授与式に合わせて，貸切バス（運賃無料?予約不要）を運行します。
  　A chartered bus (free of charge, no reservations required) will be operated in conjunction with the Degree Conferment Ceremony of Kanazawa University,2023
• バス運行本数には限りがあります。
  　The number of buses running is limited.
• 卒業者?修了者は時間に間に合うように，早目の移動にご協力ください。
  　If you are a graduate or have completed your course, please cooperate by moving early to be on time.
• 満席により乗車できない場合もありますので，予めご了承ください。
  　Please note that you may not be able to board due to full seats.
  　満席による停留所通過もあることから，お急ぎの方はなるべく始発地に近い停留所から乗車することをお勧めします。
  　If you are in a hurry, we recommend that you board the bus from a stop as close to the departure point as possible, as some stops may be full.
• 時刻，停留所等は下記の時刻表を御覧ください。記載の停留所以外には停車しません。
