法学研究科(法務専攻)【A~C日程】 For non-international students

 法学研究科(法務専攻)入学者で入学料免除(徴収猶予)申請を希望する場合は,以下の「入学料免除(徴収猶予)申請予定届」をダウンロードし,記入の上,入学手続期間中に入学手続書類とともに提出してください。
 その上で,令和7年3月10日~17日に入学料免除(徴収猶予)申請書類一式を入学手続先に提出してください。提出に当たっては,以下の各入学料免除制度の申請要項(令和7年2月初旬公開予定)を確認してください。

 注意:この手続きをする場合は,入学手続期間中に入学料を納付しないでください。

 大学院?別科の入学者は,本人の申請に基づき審査のうえ,予算の範囲内で入学料の全額または半額を免除する大学独自の制度があります(大学院?別科には修学支援新制度は適用されません)。
 また,学域等の私費外国人留学生には入学料の徴収を猶予する制度があります。
 入学料免除や徴収猶予の申請を希望する学生は,入学手続期間に以下の必要書類を提出してください(ただし、1と2の併願不可)。併せて入学手続要項等も確認してください。
 For students enrolled in the Graduate School and Bekka courses, the university has its own system to waive the admission fee in full or in half, within budgetary limits, after examination of the application by the student (the New Study Support System does not apply to the Graduate School and Bekka courses). 
 There is also a system for privately financed international students in undergraduate courses to defer the payment of the admission fee.
 Students wishing to apply for an admission fee waiver or deferral should submit the following documents during the admission procedure period (however, students may not apply for both 1 and 2 at the same time). Please also check the admission procedure guidelines.

 大規模災害(令和6年能登半島地震等の激甚災害又はこれに類するもの)の直接的?間接的な影響で家計が急変した世帯の学生を対象に,審査のうえ予算の範囲内で大学独自の入学料免除を行います。入学料免除は令和7年4月入学者のみ申請可能です。
 また,学士課程学生(日本人?永住者等)で修学支援新制度の利用が可能な者は,新制度への申込も行ってください(新制度についてはこちら)。
 The university offers admission fee waiver to students whose households have suffered a sudden change in finances as a direct or indirect result of large-scale disaster (severe disasters or similar, such as the Noto Peninsula earthquake of 2024), within the limits of the budget after screening. Only students who enroll in April 2025 can apply for an admission fee waiver.
 Undergraduate students (Japanese, permanent residents, etc.) who are eligible to use the new study support system should also apply for the new system (click here for information on the new system).

【対象となる大規模災害/Large-scale disasters eligible for application】

  • 令和6年能登半島地震/The Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024
  • 令和6年4月1日以降に発生した大規模災害(激甚災害又はこれに類するもの)/Large-scale disasters (severe disasters or similar) occurring on or after 1 April 2024

【対 象 者/Eligible students】

  • 対象となる大規模災害(激甚災害又はこれに類するもの)により生計維持者の居住する家屋が「全壊」、「大規模半壊」、「中規模半壊」、「半壊」となった者 / Those whose houses where living dependants reside have been “completely destroyed”, ” largely partially destroyed”, “Medium-scale partially destroyed” or ” half destroyed” by a qualifying Large-scale disasters (severe disasters or similar) 
  • 対象となる大規模災害(激甚災害又はこれに類するもの)により生計維持者が死亡または行方不明となった者 / Those whose living dependants were dead or missing due to a qualifying Large-scale disasters (severe disasters or similar) 
  • 対象となる大規模災害(激甚災害又はこれに類するもの)により、生計維持者の所得が急変する世帯の者 / Those whose household income has suddenly changed due to a qualifying Large-scale disasters (severe disasters or similar)

 森林舞会_pt老虎机游戏-【亚洲最大娱乐平台】@感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の学生を対象に,審査のうえ予算の範囲内で大学独自の入学料免除を行います。
 なお,学士課程学生(日本人?永住者等)で修学支援新制度の利用が可能な者は,新制度への申込も行ってください(新制度についてはこちら)。
 The university provides its own admission fee waiver, within budgetary limits after screening, for students whose households have experienced a sudden change in finances due to the impact of COVID-19. 
 Undergraduate students (Japanese, permanent residents, etc.) who are eligible to use the new study support system should also apply for the new system (click here for information on the new system).

【申請要件/Application Requirements】
 以下のいずれかを満たす者/Persons who meet one of the following requirements

  • 令和5年度後期に当該授業料免除制度により支援を受けていた学生/Students who were supported under this tuition fee waiver system in the second semester of 2023.
  • 令和5年度に修学支援新制度(森林舞会_pt老虎机游戏-【亚洲最大娱乐平台】@感染症の影響により家計が急変した場合)による支援を受けていた学生のうち、令和6年度に新制度による支援の対象外となった学生/Students who received support under the new study support system (in the event of a sudden change in household finances due to COVID-19 in FY2023, but who are no longer eligible for support under the new system in FY2024.

【申請方法/How to apply】
 上記の要件に該当する者で当該入学料免除を希望する者は以下のとおり申告してください。申告後、申請要件に該当するか確認の上、申請書類?申請期限等を指示します。期限までに申告がなかった場合はいかなる事情があっても申請を認めませんので、ご注意ください。なお、申請要件に該当しなかった場合、所定の期限までの入学料納入を改めて指示します。
 Students who meet the above requirements and wish to apply for this admission fee waiver are required to declare their application as follows. After the declaration, the applicant will be instructed on the application documents and application deadlines after checking whether the application requirements are met. Please note that if the declaration is not made by this deadline, the application will not be approved under any circumstances. If applicants who do not meet the application requirements, we will instruct them again to pay the admission fee by the prescribed deadline.

  入学手続期間内/Within the admission procedure period
  ただし、別科及び学士課程の令和7(2025)年4月入学者は令和7年3月17日(月)(郵送の場合、当日消印有効)
  However, for those enrolling in the Bekka and undergraduate courses in April 2025, the deadline is Monday 17 March 2025 (postmarked on the same day if sent by post)

○申告方法/How to declare

  「入学料?授業料免除(森林舞会_pt老虎机游戏-【亚洲最大娱乐平台】@による家計急変)申請に係る申告書」をダウンロードし、必要事項を記載の上、以下のとおり提出してください。

  • 大学院入学者:入学手続提出書類と併せて当該申告書を所属の入学手続担当係へ提出
  • 別科及び学士課程入学者:当該申告書を金沢大学学務部学生支援課学生支援係(本部棟2階)へ提出
    ※郵送の場合は、封筒表面に「入学料?授業料免除申請書類在中」と朱書きしてください。

  Download the ‘Declaration form for application for admission fee and tuition fee waiver (sudden change in household finances due to COVID-19)’, fill in the required information and submit it as follows.

  • Graduate school entrant: Submit the declaration form together with the documents for admission procedures to the section in charge of admission procedures of your department.
  • Bekka and undergraduate entrants: Submit this declaration form to the Student Support Section, Student Support Division, Kanazawa University (2nd floor of the Main Building).
    *If you send the form by post, please write ‘ Admission and Tuition Fee Waiver Application Forms Enclosed’ in red on the front of the envelope.

ノートパソコンの貸与/Lending of Notebook PCs

学士課程(※参照)の学生を対象として経済的事情等により,ノートパソコンを用意することが困難な場合には,大学からノートパソコンを半年間貸与します(最大半年間の更新が可能です)。貸与は入学料免除(修学支援新制度)申請者および入学料徴収猶予申請者に限りますので,免除申請あるいは徴収猶予申請の際に学生支援係に貸与の申し込みを行なってください。
(学士課程?大学院課程?別科対象)大規模災害被災によりパソコンの用意が困難な場合の申請についてはこちらを確認してください。

以下の手順により書類を提出してください。

①「ノートパソコン貸与申請書」を入学料免除申請?入学料徴収猶予申請の際に学生支援係へ提出
②書類審査後,学生支援係から許可?不許可の連絡あり(4月上旬)
③許可の連絡があったら,「ノートパソコン借用書」を提出
④パソコンを学生支援係で受理
⑤貸与期限(9月末日)までに返却(講義期間の終了等により,パソコンが必要なくなった場合は,貸与期限前でもすみやかに返却して下さい)

For students in the bachelor’s course (see *), the university will lend them a notebook PC for six months ( renewable for up to six months) if they are unable to afford a notebook PC due to financial circumstances. Only those students who have applied for entrance fee waiver (national study support system) or deferment of entrance fee payment are eligible for borrowing a PC, so please apply for borrowing at the Student Support Section when you apply for waiver or deferment of entrance fee payment.
*(For bachelor’s, graduate school and Bekka courses) Please check here for applications in cases where it is difficult to prepare a PC due to damage caused by Large-scale disasters.

Follow the steps below to submit the documents.

① Submit the ‘ Application for borrowing a notebook PC’ to the Student Support Section during the enrolment procedure.
② After screening of the documents, the Student Support Section will inform you of the approval or non-approval of your application (Early April).
③ When informed of permission, submit a ‘ Notebook PC Borrowing Form
④ Receive the portable PC at the Student Support Section.
⑤ Return the notebook PC by the due date (end of September).
 *If you no longer need the notebook PC due to the end of the lecture period, etc., please return it promptly even before the lending deadline.)
