On December 11, Health Service Center held "Heartwarming Christmas Concert" in the Main Hall of the University Hall, attended by about 40 students, international students, and faculty members. This concert was planned with the hope that the audience would spend time during their lunch break listening to live music, which soothed their minds and bodies.

The ensemble featured flute by Professor Emeritus Hiroaki Yoshikawa from the Health Care Center and piano by Yukari Yamada, a pianist based in Kanazawa. The program included Ave Maria by Caccini (N. Vavilov), Minuet from L’Arlésienne Suite No. 2 (G. Bizet), and Flute Sonata, Op. 94 (S. Prokofiev).

Students who attended the performance shared impressions such as: "It really felt like Christmas"; "The live performance was so powerful, and the interplay between the piano and flute was wonderful"; "I was impressed by how the flute could express such a wide range—from poignant tones to strong, vibrant sounds. It was so dazzling that it was hard to believe only two people were performing, and I found myself completely absorbed"; and "I really enjoyed it, the music was beautiful." Faculty and staff also commented; "You always take on challenging flute pieces, and it’s amazing!" and "Beyond the performance itself, the overall atmosphere and your kindness were truly soothing. It was wonderful."
