On March 25, the award ceremony for the 7th Kanazawa University Contest, Japan Mathematics A-lympiad, was held at a hotel in Kanazawa City.
At the awards ceremony, Kanazawa University President Takashi Wada presented certificates and plaques to the Grand Prize and Excellence Award winning teams from Omiya International Secondary School of Saitama City.
After the award ceremony, a roundtable discussion was held, where the winners presented their ideas and experiences of working together as a team of four to come up with answers to the issues they tackled in the contest.
