On March 26, the Certificate of appreciation was presented to Hiramotogumi Corporation for the donation to the Kanazawa University Foundation. At the presentation ceremony, Kanazawa University President Takashi Wada presented a letter of appreciation to Kenji Hiramoto, Representative Director of Hiramotogumi Corporation.
Hiramotogumi Corporation has been donating to Kanazawa University Fund since 2016. The Hiramotogumi Research Grant, funded by this donation, supports research, mainly in the fields of science and engineering.
Professor Akihiro Nomura and Assistant Professor Yuma Morisaki from the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation, Institute of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation who are receiving support from this grant, also attended the presentation ceremony and exchanged opinions about the content of their research.
