On November 14th, Kanazawa University Frontier Science and Social Co-creation Initiative held ZATSUDAN NO CHIKARA ※1 event: "Talking with companies! What are the values at work?" at the Kakuma Campus. Eleven people, including Kanazawa University students, participated in the event.
This time, we welcomed employees from the IT systems departments of 10 specialized trading companies that are leading the business in Japan and in global market as guests. Fujitsu Corporation representatives gave a speach about its organizational culture and the Mission, Vision and Values (MVV) *2 that the company considers important.
During the chat that followed, many questions were asked, such as "What do you think is important in terms of organizational strength?" and "What are the benefits of going public other than in terms of funding?" and we had a great discussion about values when it comes to work.
