Music box concert was held at Sumiyoshi Community Center in Anamizu Town

On November 26, Lecturer Kaisei Harada from Faculty of Economics and Management, Institute of Human and Social Sciences, at Advisor of Kanazawa University Volunteer Support Station, gave a music box concert at "Hoshizora Cafe," a listening salon activity held regularly at Sumiyoshi Community Center in Anamizu Town. 20 people attended the concert.

The concert featured a total of 12 songs, including Western music such as "Edelweiss" and "Song of Doremi" Japanese music such as "Look Up at the Stars in the Night" and "Furusato" and Christmas songs such as "Jingle Bells" and "Kiyoshi-Kono Yoru" with the cooperation of Music Box Cafe Airisu, which is based in Kanazawa City and is active at exchange salons, evacuation centers and nursing homes. Participants enjoyed the beautiful sound of the music box while humming along to the songs.

After the performance, hand massages were given to heal the participants' minds and bodies while chatting with them. Participants commented, "It was nice to hear a wonderful performance" and "The hand massage felt good”.
