On October 31st, the Frontier Science and Social Co-creation Initiative Human Resource Development Unit held a ZATSUDAN NO CHIKARA: "Talk with Kanazawa University OBs!~How can small and medium companies grow?" ~". 7 people, including Kanazawa University students, participated in the event.
ZATSUDAN NO CHIKARA is a program that creates opportunities for casual chats between students, faculty and staff, and people in the community. By freely discussing with each other without being restricted by occupation, industry, or position, we hope to help students to develop their careers and generate ideas for faculty, staff, and participating companies.
First, Mr. Yasutaka Yokoi, a graduate of Kanazawa University and President of Uniform Next Corporation, spoke about what is needed to grow a company, based on his career. During the chatting time that followed, many questions were descussed, such as "What do you think is important in terms of organizational strength?"
