On July 17, Professor Joko Ando from the Institute of Liberal Arts and Science, Faculty of Global Standard Education, School of Teacher Education together with KEYPAT held a concert to support the recovery of Noto with students of the Department of Music. 70 students and faculty members attended the concert.??
This concert was a repeat performance of the well-received concert at the Gargantua Music Festival. This time consert was held in the Music Hall of the Kanazawa University Human Society Building No. 4 as a Noto Reconstruction Support Concert. 10 songs were performed in total.
Professor Ando sent the following message: "Before the earthquake, I thought that I could enjoy Noto's beautiful scenery, excellent traditional crafts, and delicious sake as if I had only to travel a short distance from Kanazawa. I hope that Noto will be restored as soon as possible".
※Kakuma Zenger is a performance group of Professor Ando and students from the School of Teacher Education. "Zenger" means "singer" in German.
