Event Details
In 2024, Kanazawa University was selected for Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology 's "Support Project for Creating Social Impact through University Internationalization," and has developed new multicultural co-learning courses from undergraduate to master's programs, with full implementation starting in 2026. Kanazawa University defines multicultural co-learning courses as "classes that include content related to real-world issues and that examine problems based on the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of students," and the learning outcomes will become clear through future classroom practice.
In this seminar, we will invite Professor Masahiro Inoue from Taisho University and Professor Miki Cutting from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University as lecturers to learn effective class design and management methods related to multicultural co-curricular activities at other universities, and to think together with participants about academic learning outcomes through multicultural co-curricular activities. In addition, this seminar will be held as a part of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology "Support Project for Creating Social Impact through University Internationalization" to be adopted by Kanazawa University.
