Event Details
In August last year, Kanazawa University was selected as a "comprehensive type" in the "Faculty of Medicine Research Support Program" publicly solicited by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED) in Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in fiscal year 2025.
Therefore, a kick-off public symposium will be held to mark the start of the project. The symposium is intended to share the project outline and future initiatives widely, and to promote cooperation and collaboration within and outside Kanazawa university.
On the day, we will provide an overview of the project and introduce the research being conducted in the 3 projects within the program (Growth and Development Project, Brain Project, and Aging Project), and share strategies for creating a "healthy society of the future" that Kanazawa University aims to realize 50 years ahead of schedule.
