Points of Note for Graduates
- Please be seated by 9:50 a.m. You may not be able to enter the venue after the ceremony begins.
On the day of the ceremony, attendees will be guided in the following order : the 1st?floor hall seats, the 2nd?floor hall seats, and then the Student Viewing Venue (2nd floor of the Kanazawa Theatre). - Please attend in formal attire appropriate for the ceremony, such as a suit or hakama.
Kanazawa University Co?op offers both the rental and purchase of academic gowns for use at the ceremony.
For more details, please refer to the “Others” section on this page. - Please bring your student ID card in order for us to track attendees on the attendance management terminal.
- For the degree commencement ceremony, etc. that will be held after the ceremony, please follow the instructions of the person in charge of your college/graduate school.
- Parking will not be available. The roads surrounding the venue will be congested, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Only graduates will be allowed to enter the ceremony venue on the day of the event.

Chartered Ｂuses
- Free chartered shuttle buses will be available in coordination with the ceremony. No reservations are required.
- Please note that the number of buses is limited. If a bus reaches full capacity, you may not be able to board.
- Buses may skip stops when they reach full capacity. If you are in a hurry, we recommend boarding at a stop closer to the starting point of the route.
- Please check the timetable below for departure times, bus stops, and other related information. Buses will not stop at any locations other than those listed.
- Please arrive early to ensure you are not late for the ceremony.

Photo Spot Signboards Information
On the day of the ceremony, two photo spot signboards will be set up at designated locations on the Kakuma Campus. Please note that the area around the Kanazawa Theatre will be extremely crowded, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in moving promptly after the ceremony.

Rental and Purchase Procedures of Academic Gowns
Kanazawa University Co?op offers both the rental and purchase of academic gowns for use at the ceremony.

Please note that the number of gowns available is limited, and some sizes may not be available depending on stock. If you wish to rent or purchase a gown, please apply as early as possible.

Inclusive (Priority) Seating
For this ceremony, an Inclusive (Priority) Seating area will be provided at the rear of the Live?Streaming Venue inside the Kanazawa Theatre to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees. Approximately 15 seats are available in this area.
This seating area is available to anyone who may need consideration, including those with physical disabilities or injuries, for internal health conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivity to sensory or psychological factors.
No reservation or prior application is required.
If you feel any discomfort due to light or noise, please use items such as ear muffs, earplugs, sunglasses, or hats within the area as needed.
