Kanazawa University and Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) have been promoting interdisciplinary research at Division of Transdisciplinary Sciences since 2018 based on the "Collaboration Agreement between Kanazawa University and JAIST on Division of Transdisciplinary Sciences". Since last year, a joint symposium has been held with the aim of developing and promoting joint research between the two universities as well as the activities of Division of Transdisciplinary Sciences.

This will be the fourth time the event has been held. In the first part, researchers from Kanazawa University and JAIST will give lectures on the theme of "healthy longevity" both in person and online via LINK-J. In the second part, there will be a poster session and a social gathering, jointly held with the Life Science Research Exchange Seminar, which has been took place periodically on-campus only at Kanazawa University since 2015.

Students and graduate students are welcome to attend!
