Event Details
On August 10, Kanazawa University College of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation will host a "Here, You Go/Here, We Go" event designed to showcase college and student activities.
This event is designed to answer the questions "What is College of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation?", "What can you learn at college?" The event was organized by student volunteers from College of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation to respond to the interest both inside and outside of the university in learning more about the College.
In addition to introducing the academic fields and departments, we will also introduce how students are working to solve various social issues through an approach that combines various fields of arts, science, and medicine, such as an exercise to consider the overseas expansion of local industries on the Noto Peninsula, a project to research ways to utilize vacant houses in mountainous areas, and activities to promote ethical consumption. In addition, the unique appeal of the integrated academic field will be conveyed to high school students, educators, and business people through talk sessions between students and visitors.
The event will be held in the city center of Kanazawa, so please feel free to visit us. We look forward to seeing you there!
