Event Details
Kanazawa University COI-NEXT will hold a symposium titled "Circulation Creates Nature Positive Society"
Kanazawa University project, which aims to develop and disseminate "renewable polysaccharide plant-derived plastics" as an alternative to petroleum-derived plastics, was selected by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) as a COI-NEXT Program in 2021, and has been in operation for 10 years since November of the same year. This project will cause a paradigm shift from petroleum-derived plastics to plant-derived plastics.
In this symposium, project leaders from 9 universities will introduce their centers, followed by a panel discussion among 5 panelists. We would like to think together about the future of the Earth.
